We only describe testing when we did the testing. Where a guide relies on research and owner reviews, it says that.
We start with the buying question
Each guide is built around a decision, such as "which size air fryer fits a family of four?" We write the question first and the product list second.
We compare specs and real owner feedback
Materials, dimensions, warranty terms and care instructions come from the manufacturer. We read verified buyer reviews to find problems that spec sheets leave out, like peeling coatings or lids that warp.
We match products to use cases and budgets
Every pick carries a Best For label and a note on who should choose something else. Budget options are included when they are good enough, not only when they are cheap.
We list the downsides
Each product gets pros and cons. If a pick is loud, heavy, hard to clean or needs a specific shelf depth, we say so near the top.
We recheck prices and availability
Guides show a last updated date. Prices change often, so the retailer page always has the final number.
